What we collect and why

When you complete our contact form, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number (if given) and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to supply the products or services you ask about.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our business and, where you are or become a customer, taking steps to perform a contract with you. We do not use this information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell it to anyone.

How your enquiry is processed

Form submissions are handled on our behalf by Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which forwards your message to our email inbox. Formspree acts as our processor; your data may be processed on servers outside the UK, protected by appropriate safeguards. See Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. Once we receive your enquiry it is stored in our business email and records.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it sets no cookies of its own for visitors who simply browse the site.

Our Find Us page can display a Google Map. To protect your privacy, the map is not loaded until you click to load it. If you choose to load it, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy. If you don't load the map, no Google cookies are set.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business and record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, you can contact us first, and you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
